Eldercare Inc. is one of the largest providers of aged care residential and independant living services in South Australia with facilities throughout the State. Eldercare engaged Sheppard Associates to design and deliver management development programs for senior and middle level management. These programs were designed to equip participants with the leadership and management skills they required to run Eldercare facilities successfully in an environment of changing government regulation and client requirements. Eldercare managers required a unique blend of skills to meet the needs of their special client group. Sheppard Associates training assisted them to better meet the requirements of a rapidly changing industry.
